Jay Wratten is an Executive Director at WSP, where he serves as U.S. Digital Lead and Global Smart Places Lead. His career has evolved from lighting design and engineering into technology-enabled design, innovation advisory, and enterprise digital leadership. Today, he focuses on helping WSP and its clients translate emerging technologies into practical solutions and measurable business outcomes.
Jay’s work spans digital strategy, smart infrastructure, digital twins, artificial intelligence, data and analytics, and technology-enabled project delivery. He works across disciplines, markets, and technology partners to connect innovation with real-world challenges and create new approaches to the way infrastructure and the built environment are designed, delivered, and operated.
